On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the official website of the PPE1 Homeowners Association, proudly serving our North Scottsdale niche community of 51 homeowners. This secure, members-only platform has been designed to keep our residents informed, connected, and engaged with the latest updates and resources relevant to our neighborhood.
We encourage all residents to reference the email instructions to create a login. Once approved, you will have access to important HOA documents, including our governing rules and policies, community maps, board meeting minutes, contact information, and relevant HOA news.
